Hello all!! First time poster, long time viewer. I found this yesterday and thought I would post this in case anyone needs any restaurant equipment etc. from the recently closed Corner Bar on Dundee.

I go to a lot of auctions and have never seen an 18% buyers premium. Most charge 10% at most. that and cash only will keep alot of serious buyers away. :roll:

Or keep the price really low.
