Drinking for Charity

He basically tithed to local charities and community groups by turning over all proceeds to local institutions several days a month.
Thinking aloud, the O'Sheas do good work in this department as well.
This model takes it a step beyond, though, operating as a non-profit and donating all proceeds. I'd get behind something like that if it happened here, with extra credit if they also hired from - and gave job training to - their beneficiary community.
