Weeknight Date Suggestion?

Title says it. Looking for tonight actually. Vegetarian, but just going out to eat is a little lame. Any great ideas for Weds, 1/16 in Louisville metro?

Not this time as it's too late, but I suggest checking out the Alley Theatre. Very close to Blind Pig, they have a cabaret style theatre with typically campy shows (and sometimes off-color); they also do Improv sonetimes. You can buy wine and beer to drink in. It's a lot of fun And the tickets are cheap. As an example, one of the current shows is " the Complete Star Wars in 60 minutes". We are going Sat; we'll likely go for a cocktail at MEAT, then dinner at Blind Pig before the show.
