I love 2,3,5,7,8,11,15,17 and 19.,,,,,,,especially 7.

(not sure about 18, but it does remind me of how I miss the seafood enchiladas at Chi Chi's!)

I keep editing my post!

Number 18 is preposterous and most of the other points are right on the money.

Also, "molecular gastronomy" is a label that cynics can slap onto techniques and food they find reprehensible. The techniques and technologies used ARE of value even if poorly understood. Anyone that uses the term anyway is probably a dipshit. But that's just, like, my opinion, man.
