I have taken the challenge from First Lady Michelle Obama to get "Chefs Move to Schools" very much to heart.
Not just because I currently work in school foodservice, but because, I feel that as a chef, I have a unique opportunity to get involved with local students and try to instill some healthy eating habits in their diets.

Dano...Just so everyone knows, your passion for guiding children to a healthier lifestyle goes back a -lot- further than the current First Lady's calling. I have been and will always be impressed with your genuine passion for providing children with the tools and education they need in order to make healthier choices.
