Restaurant at Gilman's Point St. Matthews?

by Linda C » Mon Dec 31, 2012 2:51 pm

Probably not, but I got your attention, right? I've been driving by that home and am watching the extensive remodeling and extension at the back of the home. I'm pretty sure a restaurant won't go there because of parking. Anyone have a clue what will be there? Please tell me it's not another bank, mobile phone store or pizza place!

We go by there all the time, and I always thought it would make a great restaurant scene! Parking, of course, being an issue. I don't know either, Linda - my main concern has been whether they'll do something weird or ugly with it in terms of the design, but I hope not. I'll keep eyes out, too.

So funny, Linda! I drove by not 15 minutes ago and wondering what they were doing to it- I've always loved that house and idly thought about buying it ( but not a very kid-friendly spot).
