by Robin Garr » Tue Dec 04, 2012 5:39 pm

So says their Facebook page:

It's official...
Bistro 1860 has set its opening date.
"Again?"
Yes, but this time we mean it.
"Kinda, sorta?"
No...
really...
we mean it.
Our first night of business will be Wednesday, December 12, 2012.
The bar will open at 4:00, with dinner starting at 5:00.

A fine beer may be judged with only one sip, but it's better to be thoroughly sure.
