Tune in Monday Nights at 9 pm on TLC for a view of local Pastry Chef Ashley Holt competing on The Next Great Baker hosted by Buddy “Cake Boss” Valastro. She is a very talented Pastry Chef from The Louisville Country Club. I just felt it should be shared on this forum. She won the first episode and a trip to Mexico in the 90 minutes season opening episode. Very exciting!
