The Feast of Seven Fishes at Majid's

As you can tell, we decided to place a fun, international twist on the meal. The cocktails have become courses themselves. In a nod to the old world, we'll be serving a white and a red on each table. I'll be working on that this week. I'm hoping to find a good deal on some magnums- that would be a nice touch, I think!

Bravo! to Stephen D, Majid and everyone that made last night possible. It was an outstanding once in a lifetime meal. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute! What a quality meal and experience it was. I hope this becomes an annual event. Thank You and Merry Christmas to all!! TG

Sincere thanks to Majid, Stephen, Alan and the whole staff for a wonderful dinner experience last night. The food was marvellous and the company around the table the finest ever. Looking forward to making this a new Christmas tradition. Merry Christmas to all!

Echoing Ed's thanks to all involved! The meal was truly fabulous- raves to Stephen on the menu and execution! I left stuffed and very happy; from the ovation for Stephen at the end and pretty sure everyone else felt the same.

In retrospect, Stephen, it might not have been a bad idea to pull this kind of "evolving event" announcement out of a thread and repost it separately in future. But it was definitely out there and open to all.

Sorry we missed you Dan! From what I understood, they were expecting 60. Not sure what the final count was.

I offer an apology to Tony and others in attendance that I did not meet. I meant to make the rounds but got to talking (as usual) and then the food started to come ( and didn't stop for several hours.... )
From the buzz from the other tables, it sounded like once the ice was broken amongst strangers, there were a lot of new food friends made.
