Asiatique has just launched the new fall/winter menu for dinner service and after hour small plate menu. We are excited to introduce some exciting starters:
1. braised pork belly in sweet soy, Chinese 5 spice and cilantro oil
2. duck confit flatbread with Indian naan, mandarin orange marmalade and balsamic+chocolate reduction
3. quesadilla of smoked salmon and goat cheese
4. calamari ceviche with cocout milk, crisp garlic and shrimp oil
5.soft shell crab salad with wasabi crouton and wasabi Caesar dressing
New exciting entrees include:
1. ginger crusted wolf fish, edamame+baby carrot and shiitake cream sauce
2. miso glazed roasted corvine, grilled baby bok choy and curried lentil
3.rendang marinated angus rib eye, hainan risotto and orange brulee sauce
4.honey+cumin scented duck, pickled root vegetables and persimmon+ginger sauce
5. braised lamb shank, espresso au jus and mustard oil.
Some new items for the Thurs-Sunday late night small plates:
1. pork belly slider, asian slaw and 5 spiced sweet potato pommes frites
2. Indian potato fritter, chick pea flour and sweet/spicy reduction
3. grilled calamari, garam masala, fresh ginger+garlic, fish sauce and shrimp oil
4. noodle soup of the day.
