The day begins with a Trade Show from 10 am until noon. After the Trade Show, spend the day in the luxurious Jockey Suites and enjoy the races with other people in the food service industry. In addition, there is also going to be a 5 day, 4 night Dream Cruise Giveaway to one lucky attendee.(Must be present to win)
