6th Annual Menu Trends Seminar Nov. 13th

The American Culinary Federation-Kentucky Chapter is proud to present the 6th Annual Menu Trends "Hot Restaurant Concepts 2012-The Best of the US" 6:00 PM on November 13th, 2012 at the GFS Distribution Center, 342 Gordon Food Service Dr. in Shepherdsville.

Come join us as GFS Consulting Chef Gerry Ludwig, CEC, highlights the hot new restaurants, menu concepts, ingredients and cooking methods that will influence chefs and their menus across the country in 2012 and beyond.

Prior to the seminar, chapter chefs will be serving a buffet dinner featuring a wide assortment of dishes from the presentation.

All attendees will receive a CD containing the plate photos from the presentation with complete descriptions, as well as menu scans from the highlighted restaurants.

In addition, all ACF members will receive a certificate for one CEC (Continuing Education Hour) at the completion of the seminar.

6:00 Reception
6:30 Buffet Dinner
6:45 ACF Chapter Meeting
7:00 Seminar
8:00 GFS Distribution Center Tour for interested participants

We are about 3/4 full for seating for this not to be missed event.
If you are planning on attending please RSVP ASAP!
We would like to have an accurate head cound so the chefs volunteers know how much food to prepare for the buffet dinner.
This event is free of charge to all foodservice professionals and culinary students and you do not have to be an ACF member to attend our Chapter functions! :D
