Carley Rae's

Drove by on my way home from church tonight and it was boarded up. Plywood on the doors and brown paper covering all windows. No obvious signs as to renovation or closing. On an unrelated note I opened the Louisville Magazine "Eats" edition and noticed an ad for 502 restaurant week. Stated cost for a three course dinner was $50.20 per couple or $50.20 per person! My guess is an editor missed something there!

Okay, I'm going to come right out and admit my cluelessness. Or my failure to get through Oak Street as often as I should. I thought Carly Rae's was closed years ago. Obviously wrong?

Reopened a while back. Year or two ago maybe. New owners with what seemed like more of an emphasis on the bar and less on food.

Kris, the menus will be different. A 3 course meal for two at $50.20 or a 3 course for meal at $50.20 which would be a more upscale meal in some restaurants. Hope that helps

Thanks Harry. That helps. It just looked funny on the page. Sorry I assumed a mistake had been made, especially given that my first sentence in my original post is a mess. I do not type well on an iPhone!
