Vanguard Wines welcomes Andrea Bonivento, Direttorre Comerciale of Felsina Wines to Louisville on Monday, Sept, 24, at 6:30 p.m., for a four-course wine dinner at The Blind Pig. (Edited: The original five-course plan has been revised in favor of the four-course menu posted below.)

Here's the bill of fare ...

1st.) Beef Carpaccio, Arugula, Shaved Parmasen Reggiano, Dijon, Truffle Vinaigrette.

2nd.) Seared Yellowfin Tuna, Pork Crackling, Black Pepper Caramel.

3rd.) Pork Milanese, Heirloom Tomato Topping, Parmesan-Pecorino Orzo

4th.) Buttermilk Blue Cheese, Pear-Vanilla Aigre-Doux, Roasted Hazelnuts.
