Frequently, Robert. Food and drink are my profession, much as weather is yours.

I actually reviewed a Taco Bell within the past year. How often do you actually read my reviews?

Do you have something against pronouns?

Seriously ... I might have agreed with the above a few years ago, but I've been watching Taco Bell, KFC and the other Yum properties, and I'm absolutely convinced that all their properties have seen serious, significant cost and corner cutting. Taco Bell isn't what Taco Bell used to be.

No question. For one thing it has become progressively less "mexican". I wonder if people from Mexico would even recognize some of the menu items?

the fall of YUM is in high gear
all of their chains offer lousy service and awful food
i haven't eaten at a Taco Bell for close to 10 years (but the smell from those places is enough to warn you not to eat there)
every time i've eaten at a KFC in the past 5 years i've become violently ill in my lower extremities and as a result, i refuse to eat there as well
(i used to love the mashed (faux) potatoes and gravy and the slaw)

pizza hut on occasion was bearable, (it was the only option besides dominos and papa johns in Charlestown until we opened), but i haven't had their pizza in at least a year
Without question, the greatest invention in the history of mankind is beer. Oh, I grant you that the wheel was also a fine invention, but the wheel does not go nearly as well with pizza. D Barry

We drove past the other day, employees were standing around outside. Asked one through the window and he shrugged about when they were opening. I know the parking lot had not been topped and was crater-city, so maybe the rain has held the opening till they get the blacktop down.
