In celebration of Bourbon Heritage Month, Proof on Main invites diners to get up close and personal with the people behind the Bourbon. This Thursday, meet Master Distiller Chris Morris of Woodford Reserve. We'll kick things off with a reception featuring hors d'oeuvres and a speciality cocktail, followed by a three-course menu crafted by chef Levon Wallace to be paired with Bourbons from the Woodford Collection.

On my screen, the date is given for only one dinner ( Woodford) but two dinners appear to be listed- I assume the Woodford and Buffalo Trace Dinners are two separate things. ( could be wrong). When I skimmed it, I "got" that Chris was doing a Buffalo Trace dinner...
