Lunch in downtown Jeffersonville... HELP!

Looking for non-deep fried, non-smothered in cheese lunch that won't make my doctor yell at me. Who's got some tips?

My options in downtown Jeffersonville usually begin and end with the Come Back Inn on Spring Street. Cluckers on the River has several non-fried chicken options, and Buckheads has several really good salads on the menu if you are looking for lighter fare.

A little late now, but Mai's Thai would have been my call. There's also a decent Mexican in the Quadrangle, isn't there?

Adrienne & Co. has a great italian lunch. Sandwiches and pastas and pizza. It's the best gnocchi I've had since I was in Italy.
