Starting Today At Equus and Jacks 5 Course every day.

Hello Everyone Chef Tavis here from Equus and Jacks. Starting today we are doing a nightly 5-Course, this will be $60 per person with optionaI wine pairings. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, I will be happy to accommodate you. I have missed doing nightly 5 courses since transferring from Corbett’s a year and a half ago and am really excited about bringing the 5-course tasting menu back to Equus.

1st
Rabbit confit manhattan over fried green tomato

2nd
Greatful Greens Mix salad
Balsamic dressing, bucheon de chèvre, candied pecans

3rd
Diver Scallop, lobster butter, Parmesan grits, Co. Ham and long beans

4th
Turf and pond
Shell island strip steak with house steak sauce, duck breast with balsamic glaze, roasted garlic wild rice and beets

5th
Crossont bread pudding, blueberries, white chocolate, vanilla bean ice cream.
