Brew at the Zoo 2012 - Donuts

One of the food stations at Brew at the Zoo handed out delicious donuts this year but I neglected to notice where they were from. Can anyone help me out?

I had them too and they were awesome! My group of 10 people was raving about the donuts all night. I was going to say that I thought that they were being served by whatever group provides the food for the zoo. Based on that list it maybe it was the "Safari Culinary Company"?
I have no idea if that is the group that does the food for the zoo but the name seems to imply that they are a food vendor to zoos.
