Marketplace at Theatre Square is in national competition for the next US Foods "next top product" competition with Chef Dallas McGarity's Ricotta Gnocchi with Wilted Organic Greens, Edamame and Truffle cream.

Dallas is now second in this national competition. "Like" US Foods from Facebook and vote daily- I've had his gnocchi and Iit's one of my all-time favoratie foods anywhere.

Not this is anything everyone doesn't already know, but Dallas is the man. His food is great. Easy to want to vote for him on the daily.

Thanks Dustin! I know that it would be great to represent Louisville in the finals in Chicago. I really think that my gnocchi has a good chance of winning a taste test.
