Days Of Swine and Roses Bourbon Dinner @ The Blind Pig

Greetings,
I asked Robin if I could post about our upcoming Four Roses Bourbon dinner On The Wednesday, August 15th and he has kindly given me his consent. So here it goes:
Four Courses, $65.00 per. With master distiller Jim Rutledge from Four Roses.

1) crispy pork belly with grapefruit bourbon sauce.

2) Local greens, fresh peaches, bourbon-lemon-honey vinaigrette.

3) Pork Tenderloin in bourbon-ginger sauce, mushy peas, Candied Carrots.

4) Bourbon-brown sugar cheesecake.
