Answering the important questions:
Why Is Bird Poop White?

Ha! Bookmarked Thanks Carla!

I set up a computer as a DVR last year and it's been scooping up every episode of Good Eats ever since! I did like Alton with a little more meat on his bones.

I subscribe to the Mental Floss blog and look forward to seeing Alton's posts ... the departure of his show from Food TV was one of the developments that led me to cut the cable since there was very little left that I cared to pay for. (Especially since you can get a lot of it on Netflix and Hulu Plus. )

The magazine itself is even better but I have only seen it at bookstores.
Enjoy!

Good Eats is on the Cooking Channel now and they are bundling it by type of episode (all BBQ shows, etc).
