Their 4 course Chef's tasting is only $30 each; wine pairings were an additional $15 ( you can alternately get beer pairings for $12). We went with the wine pairings. Menu is totally Chef's whim- I assume they can accomodate dietary restriction, but we said " feed me Chef"- and were extermely pleased. Our dinner consisted of 4 courses:
1) a green bean salad with peaches, peanuts and Capriole Sophia goat cheese ( very tasty- large portion for a tasting)
2) mussels in a herbed broth with center of ratatouille and one large shrimp,( amazing flavor on the broth, 4 perfectly cooked mussels and one x-large shrimp. LOVED this dish, they offered bread to sop up every drop)
3) Ashbourne Farms steak with a vegetable puree with beef broth ( cooked perfectly med rare- great flavor)
4) Blueberry cobbler with house lemon ice cream drizzled with honey ( OMG - I want to move to Goss to eat this every night! Truly amazing.)
We were very impressed! Menu changes upon Chef's whim, but I expect that several of these are variations on their new menu. Portion sizes were generous for a tasting ( to the point that Brian asked if I knew the Chef
