Basa will present a five-course wine and food pairing dinner featuring the wines of Washington State's Sparkman Cellars and Chef Michael Ton’s fare on Monday, July 23, at 6:30 p.m..
The evening will be co-hosted by Master Sommelier Brett Davis and Winemaker Chris Sparkman. Sparkman Cellars has been named Top 100 Wineries in the World by Wine & Spirits Magazine; Rising Washington Cult Winery by Wine Enthusiast, and Rising Star by Wine Spectator.
