Test your knowledge how restaurants can help us beat cancer.

Take a minute to take Louisville Biodiesel Coop's 60-second, 9-question online survey:

A question from and for those uninformed: what constitutes repurposable home cooking oil? Strained oils from a large deep-fry pot? A collection of reserved oils from unusable marinades, sautéed meals, etc? I don't live on a property that supports a garden, therefore I can't compost and grow my own produce, and I don't deep fry more than once a year, but can I collect my unused oil for recycling? I sometimes throw away oil that has lived in my cupboards for too long, so what's the minimum for donation? I'm sure I could check the FAQS on the link posted, so thanks in advance for any response received.
