LOTS of good used kitchen equipment to be had

The next JCPS surplus auction is going to be on Sat. July 14th at 9:00 am at the warehouse, 358 Farmington Ave. The culinary program at Waggener High School has been discontinued and they will be auctioning of a LOT of nice equipment. There are about 8 or 9 walk-ins with condenser units disassembled and sitting in the lot right now as well as several stainless and wooden top prep tables, several double stack convection ovens, a three deck Blodgett oven, a couple of Hobart stand mixers lots of stainless hot serving lines, microwaves, demo tables with mirrors, some holding cabinets, stoves, a few reach-in friges and assorted smallwares and countless other sundry items. Lots of good deals to be had.
I was at the auction once and saw a double stack Vulcan convection oven go for only $100!

Is there a website to find out everything that will be at the auction? I'm looking for something very specific.

Any chance there would be a Vitamix in the auction?

As far as I know, there is no web listing of items because they come in right up until the day before the
auction. I can go look for anything specific though. Sorry, there are no Vitamix blenders. You can PM me with whatever you looking for or you can go preview what they have before the auction if you let me know ahead when I can give the guys next door a heads up that you are coming.
