Next Monday, June 25, Elizabethtown will receive its newest restaurant: a LongHorn Steakhouse opening at 1614 North Dixie Avenue and led by Managing Partner Chris Sparks.
LongHorn Steakhouse is an American steakhouse that currently operates more than 380 restaurants in 35 states with plans to become a national brand. LongHorn prides itself on providing guests with a cut above dining experience through its food, most notably expertly grilled, boldly seasoned steaks, friendly service and a relaxed, warm atmosphere.
The 6,270-square foot restaurant will seat more than 240 guests and will create approximately 80-100 new jobs for the surrounding community. As part of the restaurant’s pre-opening training period, the restaurant will host a Friends and Family night with proceeds benefiting the Boys & Girls Club of Fort Knox.
The opening will be celebrated with a ribbon cutting on June 25 at 10:45 a.m. Elizabethtown Mayor Tim Walker will be in attendance, along with State Representative Jimmie Lee and restaurant officials. We’d love for you to join us.
