This is a good idea for a sandwich website. Are all the good ideas taken?

Update: Though after looking at more of the pics, they don't seem to have a handle on Mornay Sauce.

That's definitely true! If you it's a read her description for making it she talks about letting it simmer, something you certainly don't want to do with a cheese sauce!
