Chef Anthony Lamas Will Present an El Salvadorian Dining Event
Including Cocktail Reception and Five Courses


Chef Anthony Lamas will present the latest in his Latin Dinner Series on Wednesday, June 13 at Seviche with a dinner showcasing the cuisine of El Salvador. Featuring limited seating for a maximum of 30 guests at each event, the Latin dinners take place monthly and offer the opportunity for interaction with the chef while sampling modern interpretations of indigenous flavors. Upcoming dinners will include the cuisine of Colombia, Puerto Rico, and Brazil.

The cost of each dinner is $85 per person, plus tax and gratuity, which includes a cocktail and hors d’oeuvres reception beginning at 6:30 p.m. and a five-course dinner with wine pairings at 7 p.m. For reservations, call Seviche at (502) 473-8560.

If I weren't working an event that night, I would be there in a New York minute. Pupusas with Marksbury Farms Smoked Chicken? Come on.
