Salsarita's Fresh Cantina coming to Middletown

by Mark R. » Fri May 25, 2012 12:36 pm

Along the same line as the new Chipotle restaurant coming to downtown there's also a new Salsarita's Fresh Cantina coming to Middletown. It's going to be in the former Schlotzskys building behind the Applebee's near the target and Wal-Mart.

Several years ago I wrote an article comparing these types of places to one another. I personally found Salsarita's to be the top of the heap.

I saw this going in the other day and was really happy! We actually don't have anything too close to the side of town. Qdoba is either in The Summit or Hurstborne and the Moes moved to Brownsboro road a long time ago. I think it will do really well.

There is a Qdoba open at 1831 Blankenbaker Parkway now.

You are getting a new Qdoba and Panera across from Target as well.

My life is complete now  With an autistic 5 yr old there are only so many places we can comfortably go! It's sad anymore our requirements for dining out are: has to have some noise but not overwhelming and virtually no wait to get food. Kinda cuts down on the options.
