Never knew I loved rabbit until New Albany Exchange's Rick Adams prepared it as the special tonight. It was served under veal stock reduction and over celery root puree with sautéed spinach. Fantastic to say the least. Surprising how the celery root started out with a sweet edge but finished savory and complex. Thank you Rick Adams indeed!
Also, I could go on and on over the cocktails prepared by Bryson and Casey. Hendricks gin and house made tonic? A thousand herbs worth of flavors in one drink. Hats off to your creativity ! The cucumber spritzer was such a pleasant summery splash too!
