It is in the former spot where the ladies dress shop (Karens) was..right in the middle of the center, almost next to the German place. About 2-3 thousand sq. ft. The ladies who are opening it have come in several times to eat at the Shady Lane, but sadly I know little about their plans, except they will have grass fed beef from their own farm and organic veggies.. we are very excited to have them as neighbors and hope they are opening soon. With Henrys place opening soon, we are becoming quite food corridor for the east end.

Anyone know more about this place? I got an e-mail from Half Peach Bakery (local wholesale vegan baked goods) who said they were selling in this place.

I work nearby and walk by this store almost every day...It's kinda-sorta-frickin-wierd if you ask me. Every time I peak in the window the shelves are -damn- near empty...I'm talking almost bare and there is some (lady ?) sleeping in a lawn chair in the back of the store. I've never seen -anyone- go in or out...anyone. If they're selling anything legal, they ain't sellin' a lot of it. How they are paying their rent is beyond me...
