Sour Power Kraut

by Pete O » Mon May 14, 2012 10:56 am

I am looking for some good kraut to go with some metts that I picked up the other day, and I remember some discussion on the board about Sour Power kraut.

Can anybody tell me where I can buy it?

Thanks,
-Pete

We got some from him at the Douglass Loop Farmers' Market during the winter. I don't know that he's there every week, but it seemed to be a regular stop for him.

The name Geier means vulture in German. So maybe Sour Power is not such a bad idea ....

I picked some up at Rainbow Blossom. I liked it pretty well, particularly the fact that is still had some crunch and was not mush like some that you buy in the store.
