St. Charles Exchange

My wife and I stopped by this new venue on Friday night to have drinks with a friend. What a fabulous new restaurant. Starting with their 32' bar, the very friendly and knowledgable bar artisans were crafting very innovative and delicious libations. The menu is short, yet concise with very straightforward and interesting apps and entrees.

The restaurant is very upscale, but has maintained the touches from the old building. It has been transformed into a very " hip" location. Looking forward to returning and seeing if the back of the house can mirror the quality of the front of the house.

As a reminder, this is the place in the same property as Morton's, discussed in this forum topic:

Is this a thing? I was just getting used to "mixologist" instead of bartender.

That's what I thought too. Bartizan is the name of Floyd Central HS's year book. I have a few Bartizan's, the last dated 1976.
