Terry Theise wine dinner at Le Relais Nov. 12

by Robin Garr » Fri Nov 02, 2007 4:40 pm

It looks like Nov. 12 is really shaping up as a busy night around Derby City, with a lot of interesting food-related things going on. I just picked up a flier about this one at Old Town Wines. Terry Theise is famous as an importer of really outstanding German wines, who's also added on excellent Austrian and small-producer Champagne portfolios. He's coming to Louisville for a Champagne dinner at Le Relais, and it sounds, to use the overworked expression, awesome.

An Evening of Estate Grown Champagnes with special guest Terry Theise.

"Terry Theise and Chef Daniel Stage will orchestrate an evening of exquisitely prepared food (all right, calm down) and Champagnes from the region's best vineyards and growers."

Five courses, $135 exclusive of tax and gratuity. Space is limited.

Co-hosted by Old Town Wine and Spirits.
