Best place to sell restaurant equipment?

by Annie McGill » Thu Apr 19, 2012 3:17 pm

I need to unload a sandwich cart. Should I go craigslist or is there a better place to sell stuff? Thanks!

Annie, you are welcome to post it in the forum's "Restaurant Help/Jobs Wanted" section. No charge, and it gets a lot of local industry eyeballs. You might try there first and see if you can find a local colleague who'd love to take it off your hands, then go to Craigslist if that doesn't work out.

Do you have a picture? I may know someone willing to give it a new home.

Dan-

I tried to add it but it says the file is too big. It is a small cart. True brand, 27.5" wide and 36" tall, has 8 tubs on the inside and two shelves. And it doesn't smell like onions, like every other used cart. :) We bought it new because we can't use anything cross-contaminated here and we don't need it anymore. Only used it for four months.
