There's a nice story / profile of Chef Deano in today's Business First. Talks about him, the new restaurant opening in December (very cool!) and some about his family.
For a guy who, as the article states, has become a celebrity, he is so down to earth and such a great guy. The article does a good job of bringing that out as well.
