Now that the season is upon us what do other restaurateurs do when the sirens go off?

We do not have a cellar at the restaurant so if it is real bad I have taken customers and my staff to my house two blocks away. We have coward in the circa 1838 cellar at my home a few times. We always bring a libation with us so it is like a party.
