Chef Fernando does it again!!

With the opening of Guaca Mole, Fernando and Christina Martinez have graced us once again with their fantastic food and hospitality !! In the past 5 days,my wife and I have enjoyed two of the most enjoyable dining experiences at Gauc. People, Fernando IS one of the best chefs in this town and we are lucky to have him back. PLEASE support their fine establishment....you will not be sorry, and I quess after your first time...you will be back!!

We were there last night for our second time in less than a week. I think it will be our neighborhood spot. Food, drinks and atmosphere (and great hospitality). What more could you ask for!

The pricepoint is tough to beat in Louisville.

We need more places that offer high quality 12-15 dollar entrees. Definitely a gap to fill there, so cheers to Chef Fernando for helping out the cause.
