I had the Ultimate Veggie Sandwich at Bluegrass Brewing Co. St. Matthews for lunch today. I believe it's a fairly recent menu addition. Fried green tomatoes, roasted red peppers, portobello mushrooms and Gouda stacked on a toasted brioche bun. Seriously good lunch for $8.99 including choice of side.
