Genius idea actually, they want to use it to test local markets. When people request a Heine Brothers location in the South End or wherever they will take the trailer out and see if the business justifies a brick and mortar.
Currently I am refurbishing 2 other trucks and talking to a couple of locals about doing some more. I am also working to get the Cheezer truck out in operation. The demand for the Cheeze business has been unreal.
