Guest speaker Billy Webb of Sheltowee Farms will show how to enhance cooking styles and varieties with fresh fungi.
In addition, Shuckman's Gourmet Smoked Fish will be on hand to educate us on local specialties and the techniques used to achieve enhanced smoked flavors.
For those seeking certification, CEH's will be avalable to those in attendance.
Volunteers Ahoy! We will be setting meetings and looking for volunteers to assist with our Forecastle efforts this year. Get your Rock On, and hone your Festival Skills as we celebrate our biggest fundraiser of the year! Anyone interested in volunteering should come to this informative meeting.
