Smoke-free Patio policy?

This issue came up under the "Rye" thread. Who in town has a policy where non-smokers can enjoy the outside dining without fear of smokers near-by?

We eat outside whenever possible and will gladly patronize places places that institiute a smoke-free patio policy. Madi shared that Seviche now has this policy- who else does this?

Bank Street Brewhouse has two non-smoking patios.

Napa River Grill has been 100% smoke free (including the patio) since before the smoking ban. You can come enjoy us for lunch Monday-Friday and dinner Monday-Sunday on the patio. We also have a patio bar and lounge that is smoke free as well.

Equus/Jack's Lounge has a new smoke free patio.

I love this thread! My husband and I love to eat outside but we often end up choosing a spot inside due to the smoking. Keep 'em coming!

Baxter Station is 100% smoke free and has been for six years. Windows are open on the patio and planning to take the roof off in the next week or two.

Ramsi's patio is also smoke free.

Meridian Cafe's outdoor tables are smoke free.

I was at Decca last night and all of their outdoor areas are smoke free. Really neat place!

Rye will have a smoke-free patio open next weekend.

Corbett's patio & veranda are smoke-free as well as the new patio at Equus & Jack's Lounge.
