I have no iron in this fire at all as I am a pickandchoosatarian but thought it might be of interest to others since I've had discussions with three forumites in the last 2 weeks about the subject. Maybe a forumite will make it into print.

The French and Italians eat meat. So it must be ethical.... or at least stylish which is nearly as important.
