Coals will be auctioning off on eBay a final four private party for the final four game between UK and UofL.

I bet it will go high!

I searched Ebay and don't see any auction listed yet. I think it's a good idea, a lot of people stay home or go to a sports bar, so they may not be as busy as usual on this night.

I just talked to Joshua at Coals and he told me that they have NOT as of yet put the party up on e-Bay for auction. Said they would make an announcement when they do.

As stated in the original post, "Just in from Chef Mike, with the promise of more specifics to follow. I'll post 'em when I got 'em." Mike wrote back later to say they hope to whip out the particulars by today or tomorrow.

A fun idea that was hatched just after the Kentucky game. Unfortunately there was just not enough time to do a proper auction. Coincidentally we were ready to announce our one year anniversary scheduled for this Saturday but the basketball results threw us into a tizzy.

With that explanation I hope that Robin does not mind that I announce our one year anniversary scheduled this Saturday, March 31st. All day we will be offering our Brownsboro and St Matthews pizzas at half-off. We will also have $1.00 PBR beers and free birthday cake. Your choice of Cardinal Red or Wildcat Blue.

We are not a sports bar so I am sure this will be the most relaxing and civilized place to see the big game.
