A May 21st opening for Gordon Biersch. Kewl. I can't wait to wrap my fist around a few of their offerings.

From insiderLouisville..."Oddly, to this day, Cordish officials at the headquarters in Baltimore have never acknowledged the project. And city officials seem lukewarm. Which makes us ask, “What gives?” Because the Gordon Biersch folks have always been willing to talk since even before it was a done deal."

Something must of went awry in the City/Cordish gladhanding ahemmm public/private partnership financing on this deal.

Do they actually brew beer from scratch at their restaurants or are they like other psuedochain brewpubs that ship in the mash and only pitch the yeast/ferment in house?

Either way i will stick with ATG, BBC, cumberland and the new albanian.

I cant wait to visit slugger field for dollar beer night. Except i will enjoy $4 craft beers inside the pub and then head into the stadium and visit with friends and actually watch the game.
