Guerrilla Cuisine and Chef Anthony Lamas

by Sherrie G » Sat Mar 10, 2012 4:32 pm

Cool idea coming to Louisville this April!

Insider Louisville says:
"A Charleston, S.C.-group famous for its pop-up dinner/fundraisers has recruited Louisville celeb chef Anthony Lamas for the fun.

Somewhere on Tuesday, April 3, between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m., the Seviche owner/chef will join Guerrilla Cuisine organizer Jimi Hat at an undisclosed location for a dinner in Louisville.

Past Guerrilla Cuisine events have been held in warehouses, vineyards and private homes, according to a news release. So there’s no telling where the Louisville version will end up. (In the middle of the Sherman-Minton bridge would have been cool, but it’s back open.)"
