This month's series finds us discussing some of the elements necessary for unforgettable cocktail parties at home. Theme, the signature cocktail and easy-to-execute, yet stable small bites are some of the topics that we will be covering...
As we all know, The Cosmopolitan was made famous by the TV Show, 'Sex in the City.' We are going to show how this 'golden proportion' can be adapted to a variety of various cocktails. Indeed, that they are easy to dream up and execute!
By beginning with a certain premise and a touch of work, we can introduce an exciting theme that makes sense to our guests. This theme can then be applied to the format of the party with some amazing results. Here we travel the world to some of the most 'cosmopolitan' cities.
The food can be easy, and can be made well in advance to free up the host(ess) for other, more social pursuits. Or indeed, that a quick warm item can really spark the night.
As humor has it, we've also assembled a gift bag (apropos for high-end cosmopolitan parties) of a shaker, cocktail glass and tasting kit for everyone to have as a momento.
