60 West Bistro Now Open for Lunch

Just wanted to let everyone know 60 West Bistro in St Mathews is now open for lunch. We will be serving lunch M-F from 11am-4pm.

All of our deli meats are made in house (Bacon, Roast Beef, Smoked Turkey, Roasted Turkey, Corned Beef).

We will also be carrying Blue Dog Bakery and Plehns Bakery bread for all of our Deli Sandwiches.

For all of those who have been complaining about the lack of a place to get good NY Style Deli sandwiches in this city (I am one of those complainers) please come check us out. I personally love sandwiches and the Lunch menu is focused around them.

We are a group of 5 sometimes 6 who eat out for lunch 3 to 5 days a week. Today we decided to give 60 West Bistro a try. All of us thought our meals were very tasty,even the pastas which were missing a key ingredient. We did think, however, that the price point was a bit high for the seafood pasta dish, which sported 1 shrimp and one scallop…and included no side, salad, or bread. Although the dish was delicious, we didn't feel the consumer got good value. The salmon burger got good reviews, as did the bistro burger. Somewhat mixed reviews on the chicken salad, which may be attributed to personal tastes. Consensus was that we may give them a try at a later date as the new lunch venture matures, but we aren't ready to put the restaurant on our regular rotation.

I apologize again for the asparagus tips being missing on your pasta, as I personally cooked it, I have nobody to blame but myself.

Our lunch portion of Seafood Linguine do contain one u-10 scallop (generally run in the u-8 range) and one u-10-14 Tiger Shrimp with 5 oz. of fresh linguine for $11.

Sorry again for the asparagus tips and we hope to see you back in 60.
