The cuisine is billed as 'The American Culinary Landscape.' Expect to see some regionial dishes in a variety of interpretations. I believe he said they will seat about 90 and will have an exhibition kitchen. The decor is actually being flown in from London.
Formerly of Volare and Majid's, Charles is a fantastic chef known for his sugar work. Indeed, all of his plates are garnished beautifully. Some good stuff.
As far as the beverage program is concerned, I'm not exactly sure the direction he's going there. I do know that the beer program will feature some pretty impressive stuff- Chimay, anyone?
I'm excited for him and am expecting them to do some amazing work.
Now just to hit construction deadlines!
